Notice of Annual General Meeting

Wagga Wagga Evangelical Church Incorporated will hold its annual general meeting on Sunday 28 February 2010, at 12:30pm, at the Ted Drake Room, Wagga Wagga High School, Coleman Street, Wagga Wagga. This meeting forms part of Future Sunday.

The meeting will cover the following items of business:

• Minutes from the Special General Meeting held on 15 March 2009
• Approval of officers to the Selection Panel and Administration Committee
• Annual Report and Financial Statement for the year ending 31 December 2009
• Audit reports for the years ending 31 December 2007 and 31 December 2008
• Ambitions and plans for 2010, including the 2010 budget

Want to have a question addressed at the AGM? If there is something in particular you want addressed, the best way is to email Peter Blanch at least a week beforehand so a response can be thought through beforehand.

Please pray that this meeting will be well attended, and that wise decisions will be made that bring glory to God and align our church to God's plans to build his kingdom.

Annual report

We hope to have printed copies of the annual report available for Partners two weeks before the AGM (ie 14 February). A copy may be available on the website a little beforehand.
